     We would love to  introduce ourselves to you. We are Dena Macklin and Chris Jennings, former Chefs from An Afternoon to Remember Teahouse in Newcastle, CA. Dena Macklin was also the pastry chef at Highhand Cafe in Loomis, CA for the year prior to opening the tearoom.  We have a combined work experience of eleven years in the tea service business. We would love to host you in our beautiful, 1884 Victorian Mansion located at 195 Harrison Ave. Auburn, CA.

       The Victorian Tearoom is decorated for Spring with flowers throughout the room.White lights sparkle on our mantles with candlelight throughout the room.. The smell of fresh baked pastries fill the room. The *Gift Shop Cubby* in the parlor room is stocked with loose leaf tea sold in tins, tea socks, quiche plates, antique tea cups, Tea Time's first cookbook "Simple Elegance", Tea Time's latest cookbook, "Tasty Treats by Tea  Time" (both are on sale now for $15.99), lovely teapots, Tea Themed cards, hand beaded teapot earrings, and tea burners.  Please drop in and visit us when you're thinking of a gift for a special friend.  Gift Certificates are available year round and make the perfect gift. Come take a peak!
