We would love to introduce ourselves to you. We are Dena Macklin and Chris Jennings, former Chefs from An Afternoon to Remember Teahouse in Newcastle, CA. Dena Macklin was also the pastry chef at Highhand Cafe in Loomis for the year prior to opening the tearoom. We have a combined work experience of six years in the tea service business. We would love to host you in our beautiful, 1884 Victorian Mansion located at 195 Harrison Ave. Auburn, CA.
The Victorian Tearoom is decorated in beautiful, spring florals. The joy of the season fills the tearoom. White lights sparkle on our mantles with candle light throughout the room. Gorgeous, fresh flowers adorn the tables. The smell of fresh baked pastries fill the room. The *Gift Shop Cubby* in the parlor room is stocked with tea tins, tea socks, quiche plates, antique tea cups, a variety of cook books, lovely teapots, hand beaded teapot earrings, An Afternoon to Remember cookbooks, and tea burners. Please drop in and visit us when you're thinking of a gift for a special friend. Gift Certificates are available year round and make the perfect gift. Come take a peak!

*Open Thursday and Friday with seatings at: 11 am, 12 noon, and 1:30 pm (both days) *Open Saturday at 11 am *Open Sunday at 1:30 pm *Closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. By reservation only.
**We will be closed Memorial Day weekend (May 24th - 27th) Open again on Friday, June 1st, 2012.
